Vendor Development Executive (Vendor Coordination)

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Vendor Development Executive. The primary responsibility will be coordinating with vendors to establish partnerships and create a comprehensive vendor database for our business. This is a field-based role, ideal for candidates who thrive in a hands-on, interactive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Engage with vendors and establish professional relationships to expand the vendor network.
  2. Maintain and update the vendor database systematically.
  3. Understand vendor requirements and align them with business goals.
  4. Travel to vendor locations to negotiate, onboard, and maintain relationships.
  5. Ensure effective communication and resolution of issues with vendors.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  1. Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
  2. Languages Required: Fluency in English and Hindi (both written and spoken).
  3. Experience: 1–2 years of experience in event management, business development, or a related field preferred (freshers with the right skills may also apply).
  4. Skills Required:
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
    • Organizational skills to manage database and vendor records efficiently.
    • Willingness to travel extensively for fieldwork.
  5. Other Requirements:
    • A valid driver’s license and access to personal transport (preferred).
    • Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
